We hosted a local Girl Scout Cadette Troop 11/11/2025 from 9a-4p for a Safe Sitter Essentials with CPR class. We introduced National Injury Prevention Day to the troop and discussed the mission and "why" behind our community outreach and education efforts. Everyone wore green to class in celebration of NIPD. At the end of class all of our students were so excited and proud of what they had learned! Our students were very eager to demonstrate their new CPR and choking rescue skills during the graduation ceremony.
