Event Details
On November 17th, we attended the Preventing Childhood Injury Conference, where we hosted a booth promoting National Injury Prevention Day. We highlighted undergrad Ky Renshaw from the University of Iowa, who spoke about the importance of infant safe sleep. As well as Dex Tuttle from Children’s Minnesota, who touched on ways we can rethink messaging for Injury Prevention Outreach. This is an overview of all of the topics from the conference: Navigating Challenging Communication with Families, Trends and Toxins, Dangers of Ebikes and Escooters, Rules of the Road, and Safe Sleep Studies.
